Job Description
Schaeffler is seeking a Mechanical Engineering co-op intern for the summer of 2026. The co-op offers practical experience tailored to interests and career aspirations within a dynamic and innovative technology company. Students will work on project aligned with company R&D initiatives, develop industry knowledge, and prepare for a full-time position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication ability
- Self-motivated and driven
- Assertive problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- SAE collegiate competition team (Formula, Baja, etc.) preferred
