Job Description
Schaeffler is seeking a Co-op Mechatronics Engineering student for the summer 2026. This co-op program provides students with practical experience in the industry, fostering their engineering skills, and preparing them for a full-time position at Schaeffler. The program focuses on engine and chassis development, with opportunities for hands-on projects and collaboration with experienced professionals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
- Self-motivated & driven to achieve results
- Assertive approach to solving problems
- Ability to prioritize
