Learning & Development Consultant

Requirements

• Academic working and thinking level, preferably in business administration, (organisational) psychology, educational science, or pedagogy.
• At least 10 years of experience as an L&D consultant and proven expertise in learning design, organisational development, and change management.
• Experience in strategic advice at management and board level.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; a third language is a plus.
• Experience in international and intercultural contexts.
• Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
