Requirements
- Academic working and thinking level, preferably in business administration, (organisational) psychology, educational science, or pedagogy.
- At least 10 years of experience as an L&D consultant and proven expertise in learning design, organisational development, and change management.
- Experience in strategic advice at management and board level.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; a third language is a plus.
- Experience in international and intercultural contexts.
- Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
