Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager for Northern Germany, you will focus on existing and new business development, customer stewardship, and market analysis. This role involves building relationships with trade partners, training employees, and ensuring high occupational safety standards while providing flexible working hours and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or Bachelor's/Master's degree with a sales focus or technical orientation
- Practical experience in sales service in the B2B area, ideally in personal protective equipment or industrial materials
- Outstanding communication skills in German and English
- Independent, structured, goal-oriented, and results-oriented work style
- High travel willingness and intercultural competence
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
