Join Champlain Broadband (Burlington Telecom) as a Technical Experience Representative 1 and enjoy a range of benefits and a positive team environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and network problems, working with customers in-person and remotely, and having prior technical support/helpdesk experience.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows operating system and MAC operating system
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and network problems
- Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and FTP Protocols
- Good customer relations and communication skills
- Valid and Clean Driver's License
