We are looking for a Production Shift Manager to lead the team and manage day-to-day business in the Production department of MEG Leißling GmbH at the Weißenfels location.

Requirements

• Leadership of the team and efficient personnel deployment
• Control of day-to-day business to ensure quality, cost, and punctuality targets
• Performance of process checks, error analyses, and derivation of optimization measures
• Ensuring smooth shift handovers and active shop floor management
• Responsibility for hygiene, orderliness, and cleanliness as well as compliance with audit requirements
• Coordination of maintenance, changes, and control of orders in the MES system
