Requirements
- Completed education or study with a focus on Personnel Management
- Ideally, first leadership experience
- Fundamental knowledge and more than three years of practical experience in the mentioned areas, preferably at a Professional Services Company
- Structured and organized working method as well as excellent time management
- Clear and efficient communication as well as secure appearance in dealing with executives and employees
- Skilled handling of HR management systems, ideally Workday
- Native German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
