Claims Adjuster, Crime & Cyber Claims, Hybrid (Mississauga, ON)

We are seeking a Claims Adjuster to investigate and settle claims related to crime insurance, cyber insurance, professional liability insurance, and directors and officers liability insurance (D&O).

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a claims adjuster
• University degree considered an asset
• Licensed claims adjuster or in the process of obtaining a license
• CIP or FCIP designation considered an asset
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to perform and interpret advanced calculations, including comparative data analysis
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to adapt to different IT environments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word is an asset
• Strong attention to detail, investigative mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret complex legal documents
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks for effective time and case management
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel
