We're Scorewarrior, a 'Great Place to Work' with a 99% employee satisfaction rate, seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our System Administration Team in Limassol, Cyprus. This internal IT support role requires 2+ years of experience and knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and English language.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in 1st line and partially 2nd line of end-users (employees) support
- Knowledge of the English Language on at least B1 level (spoken and written)
- Admin experience with Windows, Linux, macOS
- Ability to diagnose PC issues, mass internet problems, or local network faults
- Experience with ticket system (FreshDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk or analogues) and understanding of SLA and ticket prioritising
- Experience with IT asset inventory and tracking using tools such as Snipe-IT, GLPI, OCS Inventory, Jira Assets (Insight), or similar systems
- A driver license
- Experience managing user access in corporate SaaS and internal systems, with a basic understanding of access control models (RBAC, group-based access, least privilege)
- Good knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Aspiration in automating your work
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure - GCP / Yandex Cloud / AWS / Azure
