Requirements
- 3 years of IT support experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and networking technologies
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and Apple devices
- Comfortable with PSA, RMM, MDM, and documentation platforms (ConnectWise experience is a plus)
