Talent Sourcer

Scorewarrior is seeking a Contract Recruitment Sourcer to support talent acquisition efforts across European and CIS markets. The role involves researching and sourcing candidates, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing automation platforms. This is a remote contract position with clear performance expectations and a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and talent-market understanding.

Requirements

• One or more years' experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets with a focus on technical or gaming roles
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, filters, advanced search)
• Consistent ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing output
• English level: B2 — sufficient for internal communication with recruiters
• Able to actively and effectively communicate ideas and progress
• Solid knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research tools
• Knowledge of additional CIS or European languages
