SentiLink is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring across technical and non-technical roles during a period of growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment
- Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science)
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines quickly in competitive talent markets
- Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools (Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract role
- Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building values-aligned teams
- Willingness to travel ~6 times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country
