Requirements

• Promote a client-focused culture to deepen relationships with clients and leverage the relationships, knowledge, and systems of the entire Bank.
• Proactively respond to the financial planning needs of the clients assigned to the advisor or advisor, which involves discussing with the client to understand their objectives, preparing and presenting the plan, and working with the advisor to implement the recommendations in the plan.
• Promote an integrated and organized approach to planning by collaborating with internal specialists (tax, insurance, estate and trust, philanthropy).
