Job Description
Scotiabank is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of software solutions within Canadian Digital Banking. The role involves leading Agile scrum teams, managing budget and schedule, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective project execution. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This is a demanding position requiring a proactive and self-motivated individual.
Requirements
- Highly technical and curious
- Excellent software development experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
- 5+ years’ experience
- Good understanding of release management and change management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
