Job Description
Scotiabank is seeking a motivated and adaptable Technology Lead to join their growing team. This role will focus on governance, vendor/contract management, technology spend analysis, delivery planning, and cross-team coordination, shaping technology governance and ensuring efficient and aligned initiatives. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience and be prepared to grow into a leadership path.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a technology, engineering, or IT-focused role with exposure to multiple tech stacks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with technology contracts, vendors, or procurement.
- Familiarity with project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Solid communication skills.
