Requirements
- Provide strategic insight and thought leadership to advance GTB’s agenda and support informed decision‐making at the senior leadership level.
- Drive portfolio profitability by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and developing recommendations across the GTB product suite.
- Lead high‐impact, enterprise‐wide strategic initiatives, owning end‐to‐end delivery, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, recommending enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Own cyclical forecasting and planning activities for the cash management portfolio, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop data‐driven, scenario‐based models and business cases to support investment decisions and strategic direction.
- Create, maintain, and enhance monthly business reporting, including financial dashboards, KPIs, and ad‐hoc analyses.
- Derive and analyze actionable insights and potential leads to enable sales teams in driving cross‐sell and revenue growth opportunities.
- Research, analyze, and synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence, leading practices, and business data to support strategic planning.
- Monitor product performance through key metrics, market trends, competitive scans, and revenue opportunity assessments.
- Assess business processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Embed the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture into day‐to‐day activities, ensuring sound risk‐based decision‐making.
- Ensure strong operational controls and governance within the team, meeting obligations related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk in alignment with Bank frameworks and guidelines.
- Build and lead high‐performing teams by fostering an inclusive environment, providing coaching, development, and clear direction, and supporting succession and workforce planning.
