Job Description
The Senior Manager, Sourcing and Supplier Management will oversee the GBS Sourcing and Supplier Management team. This role focuses on aligning suppliers with the Bank's strategic goals, driving innovation, and mitigating risks. The manager will ensure strong third-party management practices to improve performance and control expenses.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Business Unit and Operations leaders to understand key business drivers and achieve support levels.
- Lead supplier performance, monitor risk, and identify opportunities for savings.
- Experience with financial services and regulations (OSFI, OCC, CFPB, UDAAP) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; master (MA or MSc) in business or related field an asset.
- Minimum of 5-10 years progressive sourcing, supplier management, and/or global supplier oversight experience.
