Requirements
- Working experience in system analysis, technical documentation and a history of working with large systems
- Experience working with relational databases, and SQL
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex information into clear insights
- Proficiency in JIRA / Confluence/ MS Office/Service Now
