We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to become part of the Mortgage team, developing SME expertise in the business and system, understanding business requirements, and communicating them to developers.
Requirements
- Participate in the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams
- Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements
- Create Business and Technical documentation
- Support the scrum team in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for initiatives
- Support the QAT team
- Develop subject matter expert (SME) knowledge in the business and systems domain
- Work with other IT teams to gain alignment and solve shared problems
- Monitor post-implementation performance and incident resolution
