Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership roles
- Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices
- Working knowledge of retail banking products & services is an asset
- Post-secondary education in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
- Technical certifications in API security or architecture are an asset
