Requirements
- Liaise with BNS business partners and technology to prioritize delivery backlogs & requirements
- Collaborate with delivery team to articulate & measure business benefits
- Implement and re-enforce agile practices through the delivery life cycle
- Work with team to identify/clarify and then maintain playbook of best practices
- Lead team in retro-type activities and then guiding team towards applying takeaways and agreed improvement opportunities
