Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cloud Engineer to join our Chief Digital Office (CDO) in a collaborative environment. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a vital role supporting, managing, and maintaining the core infrastructure that underpins our production services.

Requirements

• Manage service components to meet business needs and performance targets.
• Analyse impact, develop, document, and implement change requests.
• Utilise scripting tools and software to support automation and process improvement.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities and contribute to implementing solutions.
• Diagnose, prioritise, and resolve incidents, owning issues until resolved or escalated.
• Investigate patterns and trends to proactively resolve problems, consulting specialists as needed.
• Determine appropriate remedies, assist with their implementation, and establish preventative measures.
• Use management systems and tools to support service delivery and reporting.
• Conduct routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of databases and related products.
• Optimise system performance and forecast resource requirements.
