Job Description
This Transaction Tax Manager will lead innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance for M&A projects for multiple clients. The role involves managing and mentoring senior associates, assisting with tax due diligence, and analyzing client transactions. Collaboration with other teams within the transaction services department is essential to success.
