Job Description
The Transaction Tax Manager will lead tax planning, consulting, and compliance for M&A projects for multiple clients. This role involves collaborating with the Transaction Tax team, assisting with engagement execution, and contributing to client success. It requires a strong understanding of tax principles and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Manage, develop, train, and mentor Senior Associates, Staff, and Interns.
- Maintain active communication during engagement to manage expectations and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in conducting buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and providing tax-efficient advice.
- Perform tax analysis, prepare written communication, and assist with project development.
- Perform detailed analyses on tax attributes and analyze transactions.
