Job Description
A Technical Solution Consultant in Screening Eagle bridges the sales, product, engineering, and customer teams to understand customer needs, tailor solutions, lead demos, support implementation, and ensure adoption of the screening tool. This role involves technical discussions, product demonstrations, data migration assistance, and collaboration with multiple teams.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years experience in technical customer-facing role (SaaS/cloud environment)
- Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with integration projects
- Solid business acumen ( ROI, TCO understanding)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies
