Job Description
This position offers guidance and general information about international transportation requirements, rate variations, and customer service. The role focuses on providing excellent service to customers and handling inquiries regarding cargo options and secure bookings. Opportunities for growth are available with competitive benefits.
Requirements
- One to Two (2-2) years of experience in Customer Service, Traffic and/or Rates in the logistics industry (or related experience)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Ability to work in a team, multi-task, and work with fast pace
- Logic, follow instructions and make sound decisions.
