Manufacturing Operations Manager

As a Manufacturing Operations Leader, you will lead and optimize manufacturing operations within the plant, oversee multiple departments, and be accountable for achieving operational excellence through safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 8–12 years in manufacturing, including 5 years in a leadership position
• Green Belt Certification preferred; strong knowledge of Lean principles required
• Proven track record managing high-volume operations and leading multifunctional teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools
• Strong organizational and planning abilities; able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Change agent mindset with the ability to engage and motivate others
