Process Improvement Leader

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Lean Enterprise across manufacturing and supply chain operations, leading key initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen collaboration across teams and sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree (Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated Lean implementation
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification highly preferred
• Proven track record of leading Kaizen events and driving sustained improvement on the shop floor
• Strong skills in project management, team leadership, and communication
• Experience training, facilitating, and coaching Lean concepts at all levels of the organization
• Solid understanding of Lean metrics and financial impact related to process improvements
• Passion for developing people and leading cultural transformation through continuous improvement
