Corporate Associate (ECVC) - NY | BOS

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their Venture Capital & Emerging Companies (ECVC) practice in New York or Boston. The firm is known for advising clients across a broad spectrum of business transactions, and this position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with emerging companies and venture capital investors.

Requirements

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) to the New York or Massachusetts Bar
• 4+ years of experience working with venture capital transactions and emerging companies
• Proficiency in Excel and capitalization tables
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
