Corporate Associate (M&A) - NY | BOS

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their M&A team in New York or Boston. The role involves working on complex transactions in a high-growth environment, developing professionally, and contributing to the growth of the firm's corporate practice.

Requirements

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) to the New York or Massachusetts Bar
• 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
