Seasats is seeking a VP of Sales to lead and elevate the GTM team, deepen engagement with the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Intelligence Community, and allied partners, and guide Seasats toward consistent, multi-year, fleet-scale program wins.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales or business development leadership, preferably in defense tech, robotics, maritime systems, aerospace, or dual-use tech
- Demonstrated success leading deals with Navy/USCG/USMC or similar federal customers
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- High technical curiosity, with the ability to understand autonomy, sensors, data, and operational use cases
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- A collaborative mindset prioritizing mission success
