5+ years of experience in designing electrical systems, with a keen understanding of deadlines and time constraints
CNC Machinist
3+ years of machining experience, ability to machine composites, and experience with CAM software required
VP of Sales
10+ years in sales or business development leadership, preferably in defense tech, robotics, maritime systems, aerospace, or dual-use tech; demonstrated success leading deals with Navy/USCG/USMC or similar federal customers; experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
Assembly Technician
3+ years of assembly or mechanical technician experience; ability to read technical drawings and interpret assembly instructions
Production Test Technician
At least 1 year of experience in a test lab or manufacturing environment and strong problem-solving skills

5-10 years of experience designing, building, and debugging electrical systems, with a keen understanding of deadlines and time constraints

4+ years of professional experience, strong proficiency in Python and C++, experience with sensor data processing and common perception algorithms

5-10 years of experience in business development, account management, or field sales, with a focus on defense, robotics, or technical products
