ACT Substance Use Disorder Professional

Seasons Center is seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Professional to join their team within the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. This role involves assessing, planning, and coordinating care for adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness, applying evidence-based practices and trauma-informed interventions. The position requires travel and a commitment to clinical supervision and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Alcohol and drug counselor certification or eligibility for Iowa licensure (CADC, IADC, or IAADC preferred)
• Three years of experience treating individuals with substance abuse disorders
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual candidates preferred
