The Position aims to be part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, providing innovative, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The role involves assessing, planning, and coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team and applying trauma-informed practices.

Requirements

• Alcohol and drug counselor certification or eligibility in Iowa (CADC, IADC, or IAADC preferred)
• Three years of experience treating individuals with substance abuse disorders
• Valid driver’s license
