Seated is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive the success of restaurant partners and shape the growth of the team. The role involves owning high-value accounts, driving revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a sales, account management, or customer success role
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles with consistent achievement of sales or upsell targets
- Experience managing enterprise or multi-location accounts and influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and execute on high-impact opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead peers, setting the standard for execution and accountability
- A data-driven mindset and passion for the restaurant industry
