Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role with end-to-end responsibility in the enterprise or mid-market segment
- Documented sales successes with continuous target achievement
- Experience in lead generation through outbound channels
- Excellent skills in addressing business leaders and decision-makers on the customer side (MEDDIC)
- Analytical skills combined with a results-oriented attitude and enthusiasm, as well as a self-assured and sovereign appearance
- Team player with the willingness to learn from others and share their own experiences
- German language skills on a native speaker level and fluent English skills
