The role involves leading the full ITSM framework, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements. As IT Service Management Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping Secomea's ITSM function and delivering value to customers worldwide.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, process ownership, or operational improvement
- Relevant educational background (Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline)
- Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including process configuration, automation, and performance reporting
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Danish is a strong advantage
