Securitas is seeking a control room supervisor for our client's data center. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing physical security operations, managing access, responding to incidents, and writing safety and security reports.

Requirements

• Valid security agent permit (BSP)
• Valid first aid certificate (RCR)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (security, emergency services, military) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write in French professionally (and English if required)
• Good mastery of computer tools and security systems
• Knowledge of supervision practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, even under pressure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to perform unplanned overtime
• Ability to respect security procedures and follow existing rules
