Securitas is seeking a control room supervisor for a client's data center. The role involves monitoring physical security operations, managing access, responding to incidents, and writing security and safety reports.

Requirements

• Valid security guard permit (BSP)
• Valid CPR certification (RCR)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (security, emergency services, military) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write in French professionally (and English if required)
• Good mastery of computer tools and security systems
• Knowledge of supervision practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, even under pressure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to perform non-scheduled overtime
• Ability to respect security procedures and follow applicable rules
