Capitaine - Centre commercial | Montréal

We are looking for a CAPTAIN to oversee a shopping center in Montreal, managing the daily operations of a security team and ensuring a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements

• Valid Security Agent Permit (BSP)
• Valid First Aid Certificate (RCR)
• Strong team management and administration skills
• Proactivity, punctuality, and professionalism
• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant field or at least 4 years of experience in the security or management sector (or an equivalent combination)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in a shopping center is an asset
• Basic knowledge of security technologies (surveillance cameras, access control, incident management software)
