Job Description
The EHS Operations Manager will oversee U.S. Safety Officer teams, focusing on compliance, safety culture, and operational excellence across Adobe’s EHS programs. This role involves leadership, project management, communication, and a strong understanding of EHS standards, along with employee relations. Responsibilities include leading safety officer teams, implementing compliance programs, and managing audits and inspections.

- Oversee and support operational compliance for EHS programs.
- Review incident and injury reports, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Assist in developing training content and track employee EHS training.
