Job Description
Terabase Energy is seeking an Employee Health and Safety Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and execution of day-to-day requirements for projects. This role focuses on ensuring safe work environments, managing worker compensation claims, and implementing safety programs. The position involves working on client sites and in Terabase's headquarters and requires knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and EPA regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 5-7 years of applied professional EHS work
- Understanding of the software, engineering and/or climate tech sectors
- Experience providing EHS support across multiple locations
- Strong planning, coordination, organization and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to foster relationships with managers and working partnerships
- Thorough understanding of OSHA, ANSI, and EPA regulations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Experience performing risk assessments and audits
