Security Supervisor

Job Description for Security Supervisor position at Securitas. The Security Supervisor will oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel, ensuring compliance with post orders and established rounds. The role involves training, coaching, and disciplining personnel, as well as submitting payroll and personnel information. The Security Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring adequate coverage of all posts and positions, preparing and submitting reports, and meeting with client representatives to provide quality customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
• Security Officer license (state, county, and municipal)
• Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and procedures
• Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
• Understanding of security and safety devices and controls
• Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions
• Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments
• Good organizational skills
• Strong customer service and results orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills
