Security Team Supervisor

Job Description: Security Team Supervisor. Supervise Security Officers and other personnel, ensure post orders are followed, and prepare reports. Coaches and disciplines personnel, trains new employees, and assists with payroll and personnel information. Requires 2-5 years of experience in data center security supervision, high school diploma or GED, and related experience or equivalent combination.

Requirements

• 3-5 years data center security supervisor experience
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and procedures
• Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
• Strong customer service and results orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures
