Assistant Property Manager

Security Properties Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist with day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including financial reports, audits, and team training. The position requires weekend and holiday work.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Property Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
• Strong leadership abilities, and organizational skills
• Financial and analytical skills
