Assistant Property Manager

Security Properties Residential has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager to assist with day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including collecting rent payments, managing resident delinquencies, and performing financial reports and audits. The position requires weekend and holiday work.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Property Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Patience and a positive personality
• Current driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
• Strong leadership abilities, and organizational skills
• Financial and analytical skills
