Security Properties Residential has an opening for Property Manager. The Property Manager plays the key role in all day-to-day operations of an apartment community, maximizing the property’s net operating income and ensuring the optimal performance of the property.

Requirements

• At least two years of property management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication experience
• Current driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent financial and analytical skills
