The role involves driving strategic growth through experimentation, insights, and scalable processes, focusing on optimising growth channels and implementing automation. Key responsibilities include analysing performance metrics, conducting experiments, and building impactful reports.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced startup or reputed organization.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives or programs at scale.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets with comfort working on large datasets and building dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of data systems, pipelines, and troubleshooting data issues.
• First-principles thinker with structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong business intuition with the ability to translate data into actionable narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
