You're not here to fill seats. You're here to build the foundation of Seekho's most critical asset: its people. As our first dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll design and own the complete talent acquisition strategy for a Series B edutainment platform trusted by millions of learners.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of talent acquisition experience in tech/startup environments (agency, in-house recruiting, or VC-backed startup recruiting strongly preferred)
- Proven track record closing technical roles—product managers, full-stack engineers, data engineers, senior specialists
- Direct experience building recruiting functions or scaling teams from 50 → 200+ headcount (Series B/C environment is ideal)
- Deep knowledge of modern recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Workday familiarity is a plus)
