Requirements
- 6-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Tech hiring experience, including executive and leadership roles
- Proven success in offer negotiation, expectation management, and client advisory
- Proficiency in modern recruiting tech stacks (SeekOut, ATS tools, automation platforms)
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, and comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research, outreach, and workflow automation
- Deep understanding of the tech industry, especially SaaS, startups, and fast-scaling organizations
- Experience managing recruitment across global markets (India, UK, North America)
